Fixing problem with monitoring restart

Problem description: There are no monitoring packets arrived after ethernet monitoring restart, filtering disabled.
Possible cause: WinPCAP packet version prior to
4.0.1 installed on a PC, you need to update it. To check this, press
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
and start "Add/Remove programs" applet. Examine installed program listing and search for
WinPCAP and its version.
Solution: Download 4.0.1 version form
winpcap.org (or from
version archive), shutdown SNT software, then start downloaded packet installation, following installation program instructions. After succesefull WinPCAP instllation, start SNT software again.
