Протокол прикладного уровня подсистемы ISDN (<b>IS</b>DN <b>U</b>ser <b>P</b>art). Обеспечивает взаимодействие между телефонными коммутаторами для управления телефонными вызовами, а также услугами ISDN. 
В качестве транспортного уровня может использовать:
