I have loaded trace file, but I can't see any signaling messages. Why?

This situation can occur as a result of filters activation. It is possible if there are no signaling messages satisfying configured filtering criteria. Please, do following:

1. Check filter activation:
   • toolbar Filtering on/off is in a pressed state
   • Settings|Filtering on/off menu item checked
2. Disable filtering, if activated:
   • release Filtering on/off button
   • choose Settings|Filtering on/off menu item (F9)
3. Reload trace file:
   • using menu File|Reload
   • using Reload trace toolbar button (F9)

Check filter settings (Settings|Filter settings, F11) if messages will appear after that. Apply changes, if need.
